X-treme Holiday Fun.

This weekend, we headed to downtown Wellington to see Santa and buy the few remaining items we needed. Santa wasn't a big hit, but this was. Near the Te Papa museum, a company had set up a children's bungie jumper and we took both boys for a little good clean fun. Ronan took to it right away.

Liam wasn't sure at first, but once the bouncing started, his face lit up.


Ronan loved it soooo much that he had a major giggle fit.


As Ronan and Liam's turns sadly came to an end, the attendant asked them if they wanted to go "extra high". Lisa shook her head, but I gave him a big thumbs up and soon a reluctant Lisa agreed to the launch into orbit. The attendant tightened the bungies and SWOOOOSHHHH...they were off. Ronan must have gone close to 25 feet in the air.

...and so did Liam.

Since the boys were still amped, we crossed the park and went to the playground next door and slide down another gigantic Kiwi slide.

The boys loves it so much and were bummed when we had to leave. We will be heading back soon...that's for sure.
