The family fun weekend continues.
This Sunday morning, we met our "breakfast buddies" Anna and Athea at our local cafe called Black Rocks Cafe & Bar. We all enjoyed the Big Island breakfast, which consists of eggs, bacon, sausage, bubble & squeak (potato and pumpkin hash), sauted mushrooms and pesto grilled tomatoes. It a big meal and the type of breakfast that keeps you going until dinner.

After breakfast, we went down the road to our local park, which is right across the street from the beach. Part of it is visible in the picture below, but there is more to the left..including a large wooden ship with crows-nest and another large play structure. The fun thing about this park, besides the ocean view, is that it has the biggest slide I've ever seen outside of an amusement park. This is the main attraction for Ronan and Liam had his first ride down it today, which brought a huge smile to his face.
Ronan goes for his adrenaline fix on one of a few dozen drops down the slide.
Liam loves to run through the grass and discover little treasures on the ground.

Athea sure loves the slide too and went on many trips up and down.
Ronan went for a ride on the see-saw and loved to get "air". He demanded to Momma the she bump him and get his bum flying off the seat. This brought about a lot of laughter.
